Generally, we create two collections of custom made clothing each year. One is customized for a cooler, Northern climate and the second is specifically designed for our customers who enjoy a Florida lifestyle.
We also specialize in creating custom wedding gowns.
Scott Kisler, who designs the collections for Alex/Scott likes to use the phrase "Contemporary Classics" to best describe the clothing that he and his business partner Alex Pecuszok create. "Our clientele demands designs that are classic, devoid of short lived fads and are, most importantly, wearable. The best professional compliment is when a client tells us she simply can't get rid of a garment we made her years ago because she still wears it!"
Like any designer, Scott absorbs current styles, fashion forecasts and fabric trends , editing them into a collection that is specifically created for his customer base.
Each of the twice yearly collections feature classic sportswear pieces with an emphasis on creative knitwear, item jackets and unique tops .
The beauty of a custom made collection of womens clothes is that a client is able to completely create her own bespoke garment. Any piece in the collection can be ordered as shown, or can be personalized, changing the color or the fabric or even taking details from one garment and combining them with another to create a completely new style. Basically, the possibilities are endless.
